Single Mother in need of temporary Help

sweetone started this conversation

It is very hard to ask for help because I am so used to being able to take care of my children and myself alone.  Unfortunately, over the past couple of months my father has grown ill with cancer.  I have 3 children, 2 boys and a girl.  We are trying to make it but it is very hard for us.  I had to take off work to get my father back and forth to his radiation and chemo treatments which he receives his chemo only weekly but his radiation is daily.  Over the weekend my truck broke down and now it is parked in our driveway.  I have to have rent paid by Tuesday and now I have a broken down truck.  I just need some help to get back on my feet before I sink completely.  I have all the documentation to prove I'm legit in everything I am saying. Please, if you have any ideas for help I would appreciate it.  I live in Indiana.  If only your prayers then that would be great.

Thanks so much for your time!..............Lost-in-Indiana

I know being a single mom isn't easy from my own experiences. Here is a once in a life time opportunity! Extra Money left over at the end of the month! Work a little now at your pace and make money for years to come! With our Company, we are looking for single moms who want fincal freedon of their own while having time to spend with their children, and not have to sit behind a desk 9-5 in some stuffy office building. I'm sure 100$-5000$ a month sounds great to any single mom, and even just single people in general. With our company, you can have that extra every month. We have over 300 products that are Family safe, Kid Safe, and better priced than what you would by at a regular store. For a low 14.50$, you could sign up to be on our team and start making that money each month. Our Company also helps you get out of debt. Enjoy a debt free life, making money from home setting your own hours. This opportunity isn't just for you to sell to your friends and family, you can also just buy too. Our products are safe, nontoxic, and non-expensive for the family on a budget. If your interested in spending more time with your family, and less time in a stuffy office, and make more money, Feel free to contact me for more information and for catalogs. Hope to have you on our team soon Thanks Terri Lynn successful.single.mom@gm ail.com

Lord, Please be with this woman. Heal her father and make him whole. Bless her with good transportation or to be able to get her truck fixed. Amen.

You should check with a local service organization because there are caregiver programs where you as the relative can be paid as being the caregiver - which you are if you are providing transportation - amongst other things. I do want to say this though - be careful of these programs - although they are not all the same some will hold the assest of the person that you are taking care of - so you have to read over any program documentation and give it consideration before you sign it. If your father is over 65 years of age that means he qualifies as a senior citizen and they get many benefits and programs available to them such as free or low-cost medical-related transportation. You should also check with the facility where he is receiving treatment because they may have financial programs that can help out as well. There are also programs that help with paying your rent (or mortgage) - I don't know if you're living with your father or you live somewhere separate but there are still programs available regardless. Although I know of programs that help people pay for a car it may not apply in your case because you're not working - but there have been examples of those receiving transportation - depending on the reason that it is needed - again check with your local social agency.
